Companionship
Dedicated personal assistance ensuring no guest feels alone during your special celebration.
Companionship
Our companionship service ensures elderly guests, those living with a disability, or anyone who may need a little extra support can enjoy the occasion feeling included, comfortable and cared for throughout the day.
Our Wedding Guest Chaperones provide dedicated one-to-one companionship while blending naturally into the celebration. We are there to offer a helping hand, friendly conversation, reassurance and the confidence to enjoy every special moment, while giving family members peace of mind and the freedom to enjoy the wedding too.

What's included
Our companionship support is completely tailored to the individual guest and the wedding day. This can include staying alongside them throughout the celebration, helping them navigate the venue, accompanying them between different parts of the day, ensuring they are comfortably seated, helping them remain involved in photographs and conversations, and simply being there whenever they need a familiar, reassuring presence. We work discreetly around the natural flow of the wedding, supporting independence wherever possible while being ready to step in when needed.
-
Continuous personal support
From arriving at the venue to the final celebrations of the evening, your chaperone can remain with your loved one throughout the day. Having one dedicated person means they don't need to continually ask different family members for assistance. Whether they need help finding their way, would like to take a quiet break, need support getting around the venue, or simply want someone nearby, their chaperone is there. It also means family members can relax knowing someone is consistently looking out for their loved one's comfort, well being and enjoyment.
-
Friendly, familiar presence
We understand how important familiarity can be, particularly for guests who may feel anxious in busy environments, become overwhelmed, have memory difficulties, or simply feel more comfortable knowing someone is by their side. Our chaperones take time to get to know the person they are supporting, their personality, preferences, interests and family connections, helping us become a friendly and familiar face throughout the wedding rather than feeling like a member of staff.
-
Social interaction facilitation
Being present at a wedding should mean being part of the wedding. Our chaperones gently encourage social interaction and help guests remain involved in conversations, photographs, drinks receptions, meals and celebrations. We can help reconnect them with relatives and friends, introduce conversation where appropriate and make sure they aren't unintentionally left sitting alone or on the sidelines. Sometimes the smallest bit of support can make the biggest difference to how someone feels.
-
Emotional comfort and reassurance
Weddings are wonderful occasions, but they can also be long, busy and emotional days. For some guests, unfamiliar surroundings, large groups of people or changes to their normal routine can feel overwhelming. Our chaperones provide calm, patient reassurance throughout the day. Whether that's offering a quiet moment away from the celebrations, listening, providing gentle encouragement or simply sitting together with a cup of tea, we're there to help your loved one feel safe, settled and supported. Above all, our companionship service is about making sure your loved one doesn't simply attend your wedding, they feel included in it.
