Our overnight care service provides continued reassurance and practical assistance after the wedding, ensuring your loved one is comfortable, settled and supported throughout the night and into the following morning.
Whether staying at a wedding venue, hotel or other accommodation, their Wedding Guest Chaperone can remain with them overnight, providing a familiar and reassuring presence after spending the wedding day together.
For family members, it means being able to enjoy the celebrations and rest afterwards knowing their loved one has dedicated support nearby should they need it.
What's included
Our overnight support is tailored around the individual needs and usual routine of your loved one. This can include helping them return to their accommodation, preparing for bed, changing into nightwear, personal care, toileting assistance, settling comfortably for the night and being available should support be required overnight. The following morning, we can assist them with getting up, washing, dressing and preparing for the day ahead.

Sometimes it isn't personal care that's needed, it's simply the reassurance of knowing someone is there. Staying overnight in an unfamiliar hotel or wedding venue can feel daunting, particularly after a long and busy day. Our chaperone can remain close by, offering friendly companionship, conversation and reassurance whenever it is needed. Whether your loved one would like a cup of tea and a chat before bed, needs reassurance during the night, or simply feels more comfortable knowing they are not alone, we are there. Having the same familiar chaperone who has supported them throughout the wedding can provide an additional sense of security and continuity, helping them feel safe, relaxed and cared for throughout the night.

Morning personal care
Our support doesn't have to end when the guest wakes up. The following morning, we can assist with their usual morning routine, including washing, personal care, toileting, dressing, grooming and preparing for breakfast or their journey home. It provides a gentle and supported end to their wedding experience, while giving family members the reassurance that their loved one has been cared for from the beginning of the celebrations right through to the following morning.

After the excitement of a wedding, settling somewhere unfamiliar can sometimes be difficult. Our chaperones can help create a calm and comfortable environment, assisting with the guest's normal bedtime routine and making sure everything they may need during the night is safely within reach.
